NDIS specialist disability accommodation
This small group of new homes was designed for NDIS participants with high physical support needs. Each home is on its own title, connected by a shared driveway to create a safe, quiet and supportive community.
The location, opposite Queens Park and close to shops and public transport, is perfect for accessible living. Homes were carefully planned to meet SDA standards, with layouts that support independence, comfort, and ease of movement.
Open spaces encourage connection between neighbours, while thoughtful window placement and landscaping provide privacy. A heritage-style home at the front reflects the local streetscape, with simpler, modern homes behind to keep the project affordable.
The design makes the most of natural light, ventilation, and outdoor space, using low-maintenance, sustainable materials where possible.
This project shows how clever design can create inclusive, welcoming homes without compromising on practicality or aesthetics.
