Set on a steeply sloping block, the design includes a basement garage and carefully planned paths that allow easy, accessible entry to the upper floor. The clients’ desire for the property to feel spacious and be view-focused guided the layout, and we worked closely with them to ensure the home felt both functional and personal.
Passive design features such as sun shading and tinted glazing help manage heat and keep the home comfortable year-round. The result is a well-thought-out, contemporary home that feels intentional and in tune with the way the owners live.
