Medical & professional precinct
As the first stage of a multi-stage development, this commercial building was designed to set the tone for a modern, high-quality medical and professional precinct. Located near major hospitals and healthcare services, we made the most of the site’s visibility and connection to the surrounding area.
Flexibility was central to the design. We created multiple tenancies, each with its own amenities and staff spaces. Open-plan layouts and suspended ceilings allow future tenants to tailor their fit-outs to suit their needs. Accessibility was also a key focus. We ensured the building offers inclusive, intuitive access for all users, including those with mobility challenges.
The exterior is clean and contemporary, aligning with the medical context while still feeling welcoming. Generous gazed windows bring in natural light and maintain a strong connection to the outdoors, while wide awnings provide weather protection.
The building’s proximity to a busy intersection shaped our planning, with carefully considered entry/exit points and parking to ensure safe, easy access. We chose durable and resilient materials to reduce maintenance and body corporate costs.
The result is a practical, adaptable space that meets the needs of today and sets a strong foundation for what’s to come.
